Salad Dressing Yum Yum Yogi

This is the signature Yum Yum Yogi salad dressing.

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup mixed vinegars (total of ½ cup NOT each – I use rice, apple cider, and balsamic)
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup grape seed or sunflower oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup high protein plant milk (soy or pea protein milks)
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 2 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
• 2 tablespoons agave
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste

Method
1. Pour all ingredients into a glass jar with wide mouth.
2. With an immersion blender, blend till well combined.
Makes about 2 cups of dress
